Starting from October 2009, Bauer, in conjunction with the Congusto Cookery School, offers six free of charge cookery courses to teach you how to make the most of all the goodness of its tasty stock products and its delicious seasonings and helpers.

There’s more taste in cooking with Bauer! October 2009 sees the start of a joint enterprise with the Congusto School of Cookery and physiology of taste, which will continue until March 2010. Six free of charge courses in which the curious, the greedy and lovers of good food will be able to explore a whole new world of flavours, heightened by the rich and natural goodness of the products of the Trento company.

The course will be divided into 6 monthly lessons, each lasting three hours, which are open to all who wish to sign up. The first sessions will take place on the following dates:

  • - Thursday 18 February, at 7.00 p.m.: Brodi e bolliti di carne
  • - Friday 19 March, at 11.00 a.m.: Salse brodi e consommé

All courses will be held at the Congusto School in Milan, Via Enrico Tazzioli 11.
