In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003, we hereby provide you with the prescribed information regarding the aims and methods for the handling of your personal data and the area of communication and dissemination of that data, the nature of the data in our possession and the nature of your transmitting it to us. Purpose of treatment. Fulfilment of all legal obligations in force concerning commercial or contractual relations with you, either existing or established in the future, such as contractual obligations, accounting, payroll, social security contributions, fiscal etc. Mode of treatment. The handling of data will be carried out with the assistance of modern computerised systems by individuals employed specially for this purpose, who will perform the following activities: collection, registration, organization, conservation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, disseminating, deleting and destroying the data needed for the purposes of the business relationship and for legal obligations.
Area of communication and disseminationon. Without prejudice to any communication and dissemination carried out in the fulfilment of legal obligations, your data being treated will be/may be subsequently communicated to:
- factoring or debt collection companies
- banks
- debt insurance companies
- professionals, external consultants providing services to our company or other people having commercial of contractual relations with us, within the scope of our relations with you
- Chambers of Commerce, Public Authorities and Administrations for the fulfilment of sundry legal obligations
- municipal, provincial and state administrations, public administration in general
Your personal data will not be disseminated to any parties other than those indicated above.
Nature of your sharing data with us: sharing your data is optional; however, the person responsible for your data advises you that should you fail to communicate any mandatory data, this will result in the impossibility for the Company of establishing commercial or contractual relations, or, in the event of incorrect communication of data, the impossibility for the person responsible of guaranteeing compliance of the treatment with the contractual agreements under which this treatment takes place, or the possible non-compliance of the results of the treatment with the obligations imposed by the fiscal, administrative or labour legislation which it is intended to address. You may assert your rights as expressed under articles 7,8,9 and 10 of Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003, by contacting the person responsible for treatment of data. The person responsible is the sole director.
